Dr Ortiz got me in quickly as a new patient. Was having some concerns, he asked the right questions and actually listened to what I had to say. He made sense, he was bright, he got me to specialists within 10 days and was able to provide an accurate diagnosis within 30. Prescribed the necessary medications without issue and had genuine interest in my health. I respect this Dr. I am grateful for his care and his network of specialists. Everything was local.
I like Dr. Ortiz. I would rather have a woman Dr. only just because I think women Drs. know more about a woman's body than a man. Same goes with a man. He should see a male Dr. because a male Dr. might have went through what you are/have. Learning from a book to become a Dr. is way different than if they never experienced it their selves. Just my opinion.
Allows patients with serious health conditions to withdrawal from their long standing medications, with no thought whatsoever to the patient’s best interest. Would not recommend him as anything but what he is….an overloaded, unreliable health department employee.
Dr. Ortiz is extremely rude, argumentative and very unprofessional. His overall appearance and personal hygiene is questionable as well. He shld have chosen a different profession.
