Absolutely wonderful! I have an anxious teenager that is extremely afraid of anything and everything! Dr. Chavez worked wonders! He is extremely knowledgeable and down to earth which you do not find with doctors these days. He took his time to assure my son that he was safe and in good hands. I recommend Dr. Chavez to anyone and everyone needing oral surgery including skittish teenagers. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!
I had tooth 31 removed by Dr. Chavez. He did a thorough job of explaining what was going to happen and what he was doing during the removal. I followed his recovery procedure and was able to eat just fine that evening with little pain. It was also enjoyable catching up with him as I was the chair of the Health Professions Advisory Committee when he was a student at SSU.
My husband both had work done by Dr. Chavez and he’s really good. We experienced no pain and found him to be personable and professional. I get really nervous and he greatly eased my anxiety. I had a front tooth removed and an implant. It was a lot simpler than I thought it would be and I attribute a lot of that too Dr. Chavez.
