I visited this office on 04/29/26 for a severe unresolved allergic dermatitis. Very satisfied with the service I received from Ana, the front desk lady, and from Dr Chavarría. Ana was corteous, attentive and diligent on providing me with the information I requested and the guide I needed to proceed. Dr Chavarría impressed me with his impeccable bedside manners, his ability to examining, questioning, listening, and explaining my condition. I felt blessed by finding a knowledgeable, true caring doctor.

I couldn't get to meet this doctor/allergist because I had to deal first with his female assistant, a lady in her 60s, as RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL as I haven't seen in a long while. After me saying "good morning", she answered "huh?", so I repeated again "good morning", and then with a demanding demeanor, and with an attitude she goes slowly "What. Are. You. Doing. IN HERE??".
