I'm a bit surprised at all the 5-star reviews for this optometrist's office. Frankly, having recently gone to another in Stouffville, I can say that the reviews here are not at all representative of the services and products we experienced over the 12 years we attended Dr. Bahn's office. Two of us in our family have each experienced the up-selling of products during and after eye-exams, the lack of provision of standard lens offerings like prisms when required, and the limited lines of frames available. The five star reviews led me here and I understand why! From start to finish, it was a very pleasant experience. The front staff were attentive and nice, and even helped me to ultimately narrow down my choices for new frames (which was a challenge given the plethora of choices and trying to make sure it was a good fit for me at the same time). This man has given me back my life! Post concussion issues had become extremely discouraging - I'd had three falls in 10 months. Broken bones heal, muscle strains can be worked through but the headaches, dizzy spells, balance, ugly moods, body aches, malaise, etc. were wearing me down emotionally. Dr Banh is always very thorough with his examinations. He is kind and takes the time to explain everything so you can fully understand. He and his staff do their best to schedule appointments that meet your needs and when there has been emergencies, they have always been able to fit us in. I highly recommend Dr Banh and his staff for excellent care.
