I have been seeing Dr Betancur for just over a year now. She does not rush the appointments and gives a real sense of caring. She takes the time to answer questions and explain things in detail. She seeks to find the underlying issues and find treatement to medical concerns and most importantly, she really listens!
She was the best doctor and I miss her....where are you at?
I was in and out quickly after a very thorough exam. The people there took the time to ask questions and know my issues so they can best treat my specific needs. The staff and doctor seem very qualified and friendly. I am happy with the service I receive at this office.
While initially the staff was helpful, they are fully aware that I am under-medicated based on my January labs. They referred me out to an endocrinologist that "is not available" so I called back to my primary physician to see how they could help. The doctor is "busy" and it has been over 48 hrs since I sent a fax (because my phone calls were not getting anywhere and I needed proof of correspondence) and when I called the doctor still had not reviewed the note.
Excellent with patients of all ages. My family is very pleased to have transferred to her care.
Very attentive and easy to talk to.
