If looking for a doctor, search no more. I've been seeing Dr. Machado for many years now, and I have no complaints or regrets. From the first day I stepped into her office until now, I have received the same service. The front office staff as well as the back office staff are all professionals and have a caring attitude. Dr. Machado has been my PCP more than a decade. I have seen a lot of Drs in my 76 years, and she is the best. She is not a drug pusher, refers when necessary, thoroughly reviews your labs, is very knowledgeable and attentive. I was in healthcare 50 years, and I recognize good healthcare when I receive it. I can only hope she will be my Dr to the “end”. Much respect and trust.
Dr Machado is a good doctor, but I had many problems with the front staff. They were very unprofessional and rude in more than one occasion. They do not relay messages as you state them and make medical recommendations out of place or their area of expertise. It's very difficult to get a referral to a specialist. It's a hot potatoe game with the other offices.
