Went to the ER twice first visit was ok second one eye was killing me i got some lady who looked like a tech not a Dr. She prescribed a gel and it made my eye all puffy, swollen and light sensitive. I called them the next afternoon and asked for help with med she prescribed for advice and no one there could help me, she said "The dr went home no one here can help you call your pcp" What kind of hospital is this when you go in for treatment and ask a question less than a day later about WHAT THEY PRESCRIBED AND TELL ME TO CAL... read more

Awesome experience with: Wendy - ? same one someone wants fired. Jumped thru hoops for me to get an ultrasound of my leg done ASAP. Was completed 20 minutes later. Kudos to Wendy. Front office - called 3 times. No problems. All very courteous and appointments scheduled as they should have been. Urgent issues...were seen within 24 hours. Wendy needs to be fired. She is rude and has bad attitude. This place is beyond bad. It’s crazy that she is allowed to interact with patients.
DO NOT GO THERE STAFF ARE SADISTIC AND CRAZY!
Brought my mom in for medical help on a Sunday. They did two different labs that would be back they said within two days and would call. Two days later I called literally 30 times with no one answering the phone. I had to drive 30 min. to find out what was wrong with her. When I got there at 6:00 p.m. there was no one at the front desk. After waiting for approx. 5 min I had to open the window and say hello loudly two times. Finally someone came to help.
