I have been a patient with Dr. Vernon B Chavez for a few years. He and his staff are wonderful. December 2023 I had bad pain in my knee that it hurt so much I made an appt with Dr. Chavez. X-rays were taken. Results came back I had inflammation on my knee. Long story short. Dr. Chavez was telling me about a new machine The SoftWave Therapy Treatment . I would give him ZERO stars if I could. Chavez doesn't ever seem to know what he's talking about. Constantly on Web MD. Answering service is always rude. He just milks the Insurance company. Don't even waste your time here. He needs to go back to med school. Also, he needs a new staff.
