This is my favorite Doctor!! She really listens and cares about her patients. Sadly, she is retiring June 30, 2021. She will be missed!
My wife has been with Dr. Kraft since 1998. She is knowledgeable, very friendly, and a very enthusiastic Physician. In addition, She is easy to work with. Especially if you have any medical background. My wife would refuse to go to anyone else for a primary care physician. I have recommended Her to others looking for a Family Physician and I would recommend her again in a second.
I felt completely comfortable discussing my health with her.
I was a patient of Dr kerschberger a year ago when I had a dental extraction that went into a bone infection and he was in charge of me for IV antibiotics for a six-week window I must say that he is a excellent position with excellent bedside manner being that I work in the medical field I come across many different doctors with many different personalities and some I'm not the best or the most caring. He is excellent in all aspects. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this type of MD
I have trusted her with my entire families care since 2002 when I moved to WA. If people are leaving a bad review then they do not know Dr. Kraft. She is accurate and quick to get you a same day apt if needed. I have recommended friends and co-workers to make an apt with her. She has become part of the family and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I think people are judging her without even knowing her. I have been with her for over 10 years. I am very opinionated and controlling. She should have kicked me out the first day. I'm glad she had the patience to work with me. She gives me whatever is necessary to treat my problem. Very caring, doesn't rush you in and out in the normal 15 minutes you get from other doctors. She genuinely cares about her patients, she LISTENS! The girls in the front have become like family.
Dr. Kerchberger is a nice man, but he NEVER returns phone calls to us. My husband is very acutely ill any we've been attempting for 4 days to get some questions answered from him. This is after repeated calls to his office. Two of my husband's other doctors, in addition to a staff nurse, have attempted as well, with no response. I have a newfound empathy for patients and their families who are stressed anyway, then have to endure utter neglect. It's simply not right. We've only seen in hospita
