The full time receptionist is very short tempered is not patient lacks people’s lashes/shouts if not yell over the phone every time fyi I left the name out very complicated to work with
Dr Metcalf was rude, uncaring, and lacked the concern and kindness a doctor should display and provide his patients. There's a lot of great doctors on the island that truly care about their patients and take the time to hear their concerns, so I was shocked and disappointed to experience this type of behavior. Maybe this doctor should consider retiring, if patients aren't his upmost concern.
