I saw Dr Verma Manju yesterday unfortunately as I was unable to get a same day appointment at my usual GP practice. This doctor was rude, surly and a very poor communicator and seemed dis-interested in providing quality health care. She has zero compassion or inter-personal skills. I work in health care and wouldn't dream of interacting with patients in this unprofessional manner.
