Have never been to this doctor, but routinely get voicemails from him telling me about White Wilson care managememt program and to expect even MORE calls from a care coordinator, which I've received as well. I don't understand telemarketing from the medical community. It's wrong. I never gave consent to use my personal information. And I don't know how to stop these dadgum calls.
Dr. Brown is thoughtful, professional and kind. He takes time to listen and discuss health issues or concerns, he spends efforts to teach and demonstrate his knowledge of various conditions, treatments and potential of exploring alternatives. The staff is efficient and pleasant, which really means a lot because when I go to the doctor I am not always thrilled to be there, so to see others take an active interest in my health is precious.
