Dr. V. is by far the best primary care physician I've ever had. Him and Dr. R have helped me so much. They actually care and they're accessible when situations happen. Personally, I have many issues stemming from a car accident. I go in, beautiful office, no wait time and I'm able to see both doctors. I live a solid hour away and they'll do virtual appointments here and there. Their professionalism is unmatched and their bedside manner just shows they care about you and want to help you. My husband had an appointment scheduled, took off work only to be texted that his appointment was cancelled the day BEFORE! Apparently him living 25 miles outside from the office made them uncomfortable…even though my husband works in Johns creek and for him to find an appointment closer to where we live would be a bigger inconvenience with the distance back and forth from work to the doctors! Dr. Venkatappa is incredibly patient and informative. It’s hard to find a doctor I truly trust, but he takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. Highly recommend!
