Great Doctor and the staff are very professional as well, would recommend This Dr and his staff he has had me as a patient for least 10 years or more and is very organized and prompt.
Terrible office staff. Incompetence doesn’t need a definition just a picture of their staff. They deliberately lied to me on three separate occasions that they sent essential medical documents as requested by my employer and pension center. They told my employer and pension center they were working on it. After a month they just stopped replying to numbers of email, fax and phone requests. When I called during that time they lied to me. Very good doctor. I am happy with his care and his follow up.
Dr. Vanukuru is a very patient, competent and knowledgeable physician. He has been an immense help to me and my family. The front desk/nurses are friendly and helpful also. I have recommended Dr. Vanukuru to many. It's unfortunate that someone felt the need to give a low rating because of one phone experience. This has never been the case for me and is an anomaly. Dr. Vanukuru and his staff deserve a high rating in my opinion.
Dr. Vanukuru should take the time to go over the patient’s history and not to rushing them and go to the next patient. He was almost out of the room while I had a question about my health. Not recommended this Dr.
