Terrible customer service, whoever that guy is, that answers the phone has a terrible attitude and should never be in the medical field assisting patients in any capacity‼️ They need to learn how to speak to patients and watch their tone. No one holds them accountable so they can treat people however they please.Terrible service, switching my PCP ASAP!
