I have a severe head injury obtained from a car accident & it happened in 2020. Doctor Puppala was suppose to order a catscan & get me into proper treatment right away for my head injury. He told me he would order the catscan then he changed his mind & didn’t order the catscan until 5 years later. He has been prescribing me medications that have made me worse.
