Dr Pothuraju is one of the most caring doctors I know. He was my elderly parent’s doctor for many years and they loved him. He listened to them, would make time to see them, called to follow up if necessary, was prompt to send refills to the pharmacy, responded quickly on the practice’s portal. My mom is now in a nusing home, so he is no longer her doctor. He frequently calls me to check on her and has even visited her at the nursing home. For more doctors like Dr Pothuraju!!. He’s been a true blessing to my family.
As a new patient I was turned away from getting a physical by this physician for no reason other than “he just doesn’t do that” what kind of doctors office doesn’t do physicals or is it because I’m black? Seems like you guys catered more to the Hispanic patients. Worst experience at a doctors office.
