So hard to get a hold of. I have to literally go there to ask a question, get a refill on a RX, etc. I’ve never had such a hard time to get ahold of a Dr. and I’m 84 years old! It’s ridiculous.
I have been waiting on results for my xray for a few days now. Nurse says she will call and get it. No one will call me back. Since Prime took over. It's been awful Husband has to go to urgent care to get his meds refilled because the doctors won't get him in for refills. His insurance changed so not his fault.
My opinion, he is very competent and caring about his patients. Follows up with his findings and recommendations.
From the moment I step up to the check-in window to the time I checked out I received excellent care when visiting Dr. Morporthi. He goes over my records and my concerns. I have always appreciated the care and service of Dr. Morporthi and consider him one of the “top” doctors in the area. He is kind, considerate, professional and listens to my concerns. My questions are throughly answered as he takes his time with each patient. I highly recommend Dr Morporthi to my friends.
