I am a new patient and I'm only giving one star. Because it is required! I'm a former cancer patient spilling out an exuberant amount of calcium. After researching the best doctor in this field, I came across this doctor. Not only did the front desk staff, not call me back after trying for almost 48 hours. I had to call 3 times in order to get someone and was chastised for calling during clinic. His staff is truly the best!! They are all very pleasant and professional. I just moved to Fl and I have never had such great attention. Love them All!!!!
Yeah, this office does not care about your time. They will make you wait an hour in the waiting room then pretend like you're actually going to see the doctor and call you, just to make you wait another hour to be seen. Do better with scheduling or don't schedule patients back to back. Waste of my time. I bet if the patient was late they would make you pay a late fee or reschedule. DO BETTER!
Dr B and his staff are absolutely the best. He cares about his patients and takes time to listen. I would highly recommend him as a physician.
