Staff is rude careless & inefficient . staff to patient's be very careful and keep your own records, get copies of your files @ the time of your visit if you go here.. 1)They actually threw my heart monitor reading in the trash. 2) The office mgr. refused to correct & refax a medical request that was denied due to her mistake. 3) staff refused to give referrals to Dr's. constant mis scheduling.. would not let me see dr. to voice my complaint / concern over this.
Highly recommend. He provides accurate diagnosis. He spends adequate time with the patients. The staff is very friendly. He does great follow ups. They really care about their patients.
He is one of the best!! Very thorough!! Listens to me, And has been spot on with my treatment! He should be ano example of how to treat your patient. I HOPE DR.SHENOY IS AROUND FOR MANY YEARS TO COME!! EXCELLENT CARDIOLOGIST! !
