Purchased glasses, after adjustments still gave me issues. Rubbing my nose area raw and cutting behind my ear. I asked for help in resolving the issue in talking to dr., she did not call. Was told no exchange or refund? Its been like 7 days! So i call in upset as most people would be in having pain from something that should improve your life, not cause issues. Doctor missed early appointments because she forgot and I had to reschedule after I had already missed work. Doctor did not fill our Driver's License form correctly so I had to return again and missed work again. Doctor chastised my daughter (who is over 40) for being on her phone - and she was not there for an appointment - I was!
Dr Viki is the best and the staff is amazing. Been going here for years and you should too.
The integration of this medical practice into a quality optometry service is unique, and I love the staff, so kind
I took my sister here today to get her vision checked. She had an anoxic brain injury and one part of her brain that had damage affects her vision. Dr. Vicki was amazing, she had so much compassion for my sister and even gave her a huge hug when we left. I will recommend this place to everyone I know!
