Dr Togay is a very kind and caring cardiologist with a very big heart. He goes above and beyond to ensure he saves his patients life. In my experience Dr Togay saved my heart failure by putting in defibrillator/pacemaker to help improve my heart function. It was my first appointment with Dr Togay with a low heart rate. Without any hesitancy he ordered a pace maker. He did the procedure at Los Robles hospital on the 5th Dec 2024. He was a very calm and reassuring Doctor and made me at ease. I have no words to thank.him and I am glad that I chose him as my Cardiologist. He also have equally polite and helpful receptionists.
