I came in to get week-long stomach pains I was having checked out, she quickly diagnosed the problem and answered all of my questions. Staff smiled and were nice and my time spent in the waiting room was short.
I tell her i need to see a GI specialist and she gives me a thyroid test, it’s like I’m speaking a different language with her or something or she really just doesn’t seem to understand English... this is just my last experience with her that i am commenting on which really made me switch my group to UCLA, or else there are plenty more bad experiences, but this was just the final straw. Doctor's office is very professional and caring. Call for test results and doctor returns my calls in the same day I called.
This doctor lacks knowledge and human compassion. She is very unprofessional and dishonest.
