Horrible unhelpful receptionist.
I have Graves Disease and went to see Dr Vanita Toogood from a referral from my GP. I was put on the medication Carbimazole - the medication did not work for me as my levels constantly swung from either being very high (hyper) or very low (hypo). I asked the Dr if it's possible to be put on different medication, she did not budge and mentioned the alternative medication works the same.
