Been going here for approximately a year. Although Dr. Duvurri is kind and efficient there have been several instances of tardiness. Most recently the staff scheduled a telehealth appointment for noon. After waiting for over 45 minutes I attempted to call the office. The whole office is closed 12-1. Not sure why I would be scheduled for a time they are closed. They asked me if I would reschedule for 2:50 as if I didn't wait over an hour for my original appointment. Completely unacceptable in my opinion.
This was ridiculous. I do not have insurance and called their office and was told we do not take self pay patients. Are you kidding me! This tells you what kinda of doctor you are dealing with. If She can not get "over priced I surance money she is not interested " Know your dr and know their motives if you are fortunate and have insurance.
Caring and considerate doctor. Amazing staff. I am using their services for the past 16 years.
Dr. Duvuuri is a very knowledgeable doctor and very sincere and helpful. She has treated me for thyroid issues for 14 years successfully. Her approach to endocrine matters is holistic and thorough and she is kind and takes into account meds that cannot be tolerated and gives alternative treatments.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had trying to book an appointment. The woman on the phone didn’t want to book me. She was extremely rude, short, and expected me to know what was wrong before I could even book with the specialist. Absolutely do not recommend that is not how you treat people.
