I am dr vani Duvuuri patient for the past 10 year.She is very smart and gives a good treatment.I Have great experience with the doctor.
Been going here for approximately a year. Although Dr. Duvurri is kind and efficient there have been several instances of tardiness. Most recently the staff scheduled a telehealth appointment for noon. After waiting for over 45 minutes I attempted to call the office. The whole office is closed 12-1. Not sure why I would be scheduled for a time they are closed. They asked me if I would reschedule for 2:50 as if I didn't wait over an hour for my original appointment. Completely unacceptable in my opinion.
This was ridiculous. I do not have insurance and called their office and was told we do not take self pay patients. Are you kidding me! This tells you what kinda of doctor you are dealing with. If She can not get "over priced I surance money she is not interested " Know your dr and know their motives if you are fortunate and have insurance.
