I did not get to see Dr. Vanessa Morgan but I have a extremely bad experience with her secretary, from the moment I call to make an appointment, Nicky was unfriendly, not listening what i wanted to say as English is my second language I am a bit slow so I have to say to her could you have patience with me pls? anyway, At the end I cancelled all because I don't like being abused and certainly Nicky should be working in another place, she likes to argue with customers and I really believe that this is so unprofessional.
