19.Dec.2022 I turned 70 this month. Two and a half years ago I had a major infarction. A transradial catheterization showed all three arteries blocked with no possibility for stents. They recommended bypass surgery asap. I declined. Dr. Marin prescribed isosorbide, ranolazine, amlodipine & metoprolol. I soon dropped the metoprolol as it caused syncope. Dr. Marin pretty much dismissed my concerns and told me "there's nothing wrong with your heart". After seeing another doctor who ordered several test, I was diagnosed with P.O.T.S. and I was referred to another cardiologist. I really felt that Dr. Marin did not care about what I was going through. She was not helpful at all and didn't seem to want to help figure out what was wrong with me.
If you need to see a doctor ( And you do ! ) Vanessa is amazing, what a great staff and she is so professional and kind. Very very good Doctor!
Fantastic physician! I have been a patient of Dr. Marin for several years and highly recommend her. Dr. Marin is an excellent listener and works with you to come up with an effective prevention/treatment plan. I never feel rushed during office visits with Dr. Marin and always feel at ease talking to her. What impresses me about her is that she is very meticulous in reviewing your records and test results and explaining the results and your condition to you.
