I couldn’t be happy with the surgery performed by Dr. Greg Hildebrand. I had a full tendon tear of my rotator cuff. He tried alternative treatments but finally recommended surgery. My stated goal was to play golf and he told me what I needed to do. I followed his instructions and had a wonderful PT at Park Nicollet. Hopefully I won’t need surgery on my other shoulder but if I do I will go back to Dr. Hildebrand-great surgeon!

Completely disgusted with how I have been treated by this clinic. I have been coming here since I was 16 and have never had an issue until just recently. I went to what was supposed to be my annual physical appointment in December of 2020. I saw Dr. Jessica Bridgeford for this. I let her know while I was there that I have been feeling very depressed lately and anxious . We decided that I should start taking anxiety medication. They are quick to get the money out of your pocket but won’t disburse a refund after 3 weeks even after reminder calls. I even told the receptionist I didn’t owe the total. She made me pay it again anyway. She then confirmed a refund would be sent and I am still waiting for it weeks later..

Very disappointed here. Two appointments with Dr. Rivas, one for a shortness of breath concern and the second for a cortisone shot in my shoulder. I received a bill for Obesity on my shortness of breath appt. because I shared a concern during the visit about gaining a few lbs. recently. This diagnoses is not covered by insurance meaning that by coding it in this manner they get a full payment?? The cortisone shot was mess spewing blood down my back and I should have sought an orthopedic specialist. Lesson learned! I am sure... read more

Received Covid vaccine here in February 2021. Outstanding set-up for efficiency. Treated with respect and patience by the staff, which I understand were all volunteers. Many thanks to everyone who made this possible.

Very disappointed and unsatisfied with my care from Tria. Many issues regarding my post op prescriptions that could have been easily avoided. Sadly, will attend my 6 week check up and will not ever come to this facility again. I was, however, pleased with the care I received from each of my nurses. They were excellent.

The healthcare team is pretty good overall, but the cost and billing office is extremely disappointing. The charges were not fair or commiserate with the services offered, and there were several additional costs added that I could not address until after the bill came to me in the mail. It felt like a bait and switch, and now I owe almost $2,000 out of pocket after the fact. And they will not work with me to align the bill to a fair amount. Extremely frustrating and will not use them again, nor can I recommend.

Terrible clinic. Overcharged me and then out of spite when I appealed the claim they charge me another $220 for no reason. I was forced to pay.

During the physical visit to this clinic doctor was asking questions about the problems that patient is having, The patient mention the back pain. without prescribing any treatment for back pain, insurance company was billed twice: for physical and office visit, although nothing was done about pain mentioned. Of course we got co-pay although NOBODY asked this doctor to treat this patient for this pain, doctor was fishing for information to double charge insurance and patient.
