We are Kasperski family in Fontana and I've been with her almost 4 years now and she is beyond call of duty, so you have to wait maybe 30 minutes to see her don't gripe ,she has a patient needs more attention . she bends backwards for her patients and calls them even at night if she has concerns, if she doesn't call you back rite away she is extremely bust but she will call even if its late in evening .don't gripe if you have to Waite a while sometimes good doctors are hard to find.

77 year old husband fell on hard surface. Thought he broke his wrist. Went into Memorial Care lab for x-ray not realizing you need a prescription from MD. Patient called Dr. Norcross’s office Today (Sunday). Dr. Norcross called back and gave him the necessary prescription. Our whole family has loved and trusted Dr. Norcross for more than 30 years. He has never let us down.
Never answers the phone or return calls. I have called 4 times in 3 weeks during business hours and all I ever get is their answering service. They take a message every time but I never get a call back.

Dr. Simon should lose his license to practice and is lucky that I'm not wasting my time suing him for malpractice. He had a patient in obvious bad condition and sent him home with a prescription for a laxative. No tests, no referrals. Did not return phone calls. My husband is dead and I will never know what was his underlying condition. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!
