Waste of time. They do verbal calls to change appt dates. Go to one office and tell you when you check in that it's their other office. They said you can't rely on what their emails say lmao. It's all screwed up but at least they making bank

Negligent dentistry. No accountability for mistakes. I had to make 4 trips to their office in one day to get my kids braces repaired after they worked on them causing them to break in his mouth 3 separate times, with in minutes of leaving their office. Cut my kids mouth up badly and Dr Venessa won't even speak to me about it. Just avoiding the truth like she avoids diets
