Dr Ragland I love. And for the most part her staff. But my mother-in-law and myself both go to her and getting anyone to call you back when you call out there is impossible to this day I'm doing without my medicine because they have not called me back my mother-in-law had to go to another doctor because they did not call her back about her questions on her medicines so you know if that's how much you value your patience then it's time to find somebody new and I really hate to do that because I feel like they all do that and ... read more
Dr. Ragland has been the best doctor I have EVER had. I moved to Haleyville in 2016, and she has been a staple and such help when it comes to my health. She is genuine and listens; which quite frankly is something most doctors forget to do. She also is personable and remembers small details about her patients’ lives. I moved to Huntsville recently and will continue traveling to see her and keep her as my PCP.
Dr. Ragland is top notch but her office aids need replaced. Can you imagine suffering from anxiety and being treated and talked down to like trash, they offer no help just pass you on to the next person only to be put on hold with the ending result a voicemail. Thanks for nothing, i hope they never have any real emergencies to deal with.
