I recently moved to the area and needed a new primary care physician. The Orchard Medical Group was recommended by a neighbor and I chose to see Dr. Jain. I found her to be professional, thorough, and courteous at my first annual physical exam. She helped me by recommending specialists and a physical therapy practice. Everything is working out well several months later and I am happy with my decision.
I was a first time patient and found Dr Jain to be incredibly rude and unprofessional. I did not hear them calling my name in the waiting room. When the Dr arrived the first thing she did was scold me for not coming when I was called. Then she was upset that I did not know the dosage of my meds off the top of my head. My first visit with Dr. Jain, I couldn’t find the office and called 15 minutes BEFORE my scheduled appointment. Siri kept saying I reached my destination, but I didn’t see it! The front desk receptionist was understanding, stating that many people can’t find their office and not to worry. She gave me better instructions than Siri. I let her know I was near. This doctor is confrontational and transactional. Avoid.
I had a new patient appt set with Dr. Jain for over a month. 2 days before the appt I started receiving one phone call after another from one of her office staff, rhymes with God Cilla, that she wanted to change my appt time. I was unable to because I couldn't change my work hours with that short of notice. Then I was informed because I wouldn't change my appt time that Dr. JAIN wanted me to find another physician.
