I have been a patient for years, but my recent experience has not been great. I came for an appointment 2 weeks ago, and they made me wait for an hour. I had to leave work early for that, but that's ok. sometimes it happens. Today, I was running a bit late for my appointment about 10 mins, and they asked me to reschedule. They can make you wait but will not accommodate you.
