My little brother got tested positive for covid and was running a fever and coughing. I called and talk to a receptionist, working in the healthcare field I know that I shouldn’t be bringing someone with covid to the doctor’s office and spread it, so I told the receptionist if we could consult the doctor and get medications through the phone. Waiting time is really bad.
Had to reschedule 3 times
Love my doctor but after making 2 appointments for my asthma I was told oh there’s no opening someone never even put my information into the computer. So I have no medicine and I have to wait 2 more days to even get a visit.
