Just disgusting! Avoid like the plague!!
The older woman at the front desk who sits on the left should be FIRED immediately. First off she reeks of cigarettes, something I don't want to smell in a physicians office. Second, I called for my blood test results 3 times in 3 days after a week of waiting, wanting the results due to other medical conditions and wanting to send those results to my other doctor. Quite possibly the worst doctors office in existence! The service is best described as though they closed the offfice and don’t want to tell patients! New patients, go find a real office. Existing patients abandon ship. Negligence in the medical profession can kill.
HORRIBLE Office staff!!!! I tried to get a 2 page form completed on my husband and it took 8 days! No one there knows what another one does. The form apparently sat until the 3rd day before it got to the right person's desk who then told me they needed $20 for 10 notations and about a dozen Y/N check marks! On the 5th day, they tell me they would send it right over, that was 12:30, office closed at 1:30, 4PM Still Nothing! Monday, called 1st thing for the doctor, who does not come in until noon.
