Dr. Val is so responsive to my concerns. She carefully explains what she is doing, and helps me with exercises to help myself.
Dr. Val is wonderful! She has a wide variety of tools and methods and adjusts according to my needs for each appointment. She is very thorough and caring.
I came to Dr Val in pain with a chronic back problem. Dr Val did xrays, providing me with a detailed diagnosis of my back issues. She manipulated my back, resulting in immediate relief. Dr Val also provided several stretch and strenghtening exercises to help prevent re-occurance. Highly recommend.
Very Happy with my care from Dr Val. I have been dealing with disc and back pain for so many years and have recently started seeing Dr Val and am super impressed with how quickly I am healing! Very great combination of care and exercises to help at home as well!
I go for regular adjustments every other week. Each time I leave feeling my energy lifted and aches in back and joints relieved. Dr. val is amazing!
