RUDE STAFF. Very disappointed in the service received from RAYUS Radiology in Otsego MN. Started with not hearing from scheduling for 3 days after orders were submitted as ASAP for a CT Scan which the surgeon submitted while I was on the phone with her. I was informed I would be receiving a call for scheduling. Nothing. I had to call in and schedule myself. Appointment was set with a check in time within one week (which was important). Whilst my experience was excellent checking in and undergoing an MRI scan of my brain and orbits, it took 13 working days and numerous phone calls to finally receive the written results which was clearly written by a Radiologist who either didn't care or was completely incompetent. The one-star rating should be zero stars!

I gave Rayus 2 stars:one for the wonderful West Palm Beach Location and one for Dr Michael Pont for being an actual neuroradiologist whose evaluation of my MRI on my neck was thorough and on target.  I took one star away from the Palm Beach Gardens location for overbooking and then me being the patient who was cancelled the night before my appointment. Then this location cancelled another appointment a week later for a CT scan with dye once again the night before the appointment.  I took two stars away from Rayus for my MRI ... read more

Needed an MRI, am self pay. The radiologist tried to talk me out of getting the test done and said it was a waste of his time. Then the nurses, who thought I couldn’t hear them, called me an idiot and said I was dumb for paying out of pocket for the scan I wanted done. I have never in my life been treated so horribly. Will never go back here and warning everyone else to go elsewhere.

Terrible patient experience. Expensive diagnostic testing ordered by Dr Cohn, but never used in my treatment plan. I was in horrible pain for longer period of time until I saw another doctor that immediately diagnosed my problem. Now completely disabled and out of work whereas before I was only partially disabled and was able to work full time. Horrible customer service. Managers do not call you back if you have any concerns. Was told based on my insurance I would not be billed any more than $150. Therefore, I agreed to the services. Imagine my surprise when I received a bill for almost $200. After multiple attempts I have yet to receive a call back from the practice manager.

If I could give something less than 1-star, I would-that is about the way they do business. My insurance company didn't pay my bill on time, so they filed in conciliation court. Prior to the date of the hearing, my insurance finally paid the bill. Now Center for Diagnostic Imaging added legal fees which they still want me to pay. Even though, it was my insurance company that owed the money. These folks may be good at health care, but they are crooks as far as money goes. Be careful if you elect using their service!

I had an appointment for an xray at this facility and they turned me away. I had COVID and my breathing was difficult and my Methodist doctor sent me for the xray. I was 14 days out from my positive COVID test and the CDC now recommends 5 days of isolation. I was asked the standard COVID symptoms questions and I told them about my shortness of breath which I explained could also be a blood clot according to my cardiologist and they still refused to do the xray.
