I've seen reviews that weren't exactly positive regarding Dr. Kemper. I am blown away by this. Not discounting anyone's opinion by any means; it just doesn't line up with my experiences at all. I started seeing her in the early 2000s. She is amazing (IMHO). I was referred by someone who felt the same way, and I recommended someone who loves her as well. Worst service ever, went out of her way to make my insurance not cover after making horrible accusations. Then sent the bill over a year later after she took the time to make my insurance not cover.
We took our daughter to see the doctors at West Valley Family Development Center and from the very first visit I was impressed. It is a difficult thing to admit you might need some help in raising a child, in trying to better understand a child, in giving a child the tools to help them be the person they want to be and can be. Going for that first visit I was frazzled and Doctor Fitzgerald was so kind and thoughtful. He is a wealth of knowledge and my daughter was able to open up and be herself with him.
