Dr. Hudson is an excellent physician who truly cares about her patients and takes the time to address their needs. However, the front desk operations are a huuuge issue. You’re going to experience extremely long wait times, sometimes lasting several hours. All because the girl running the front desk appears poorly trained and frequently fails to relay important information to Dr. Hudson. This office is an absolute disaster. The wait staff here might be the most incompetent and unprofessional group I’ve ever encountered in a medical setting. Expect to waste two hours or more every single visit because no one seems capable of doing their job. They are rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I'm quite sure she's a good caring doctor or she wouldn't be one. Just don't do work for her, or her office manager. I know a kid she had do work for her multiple times. First time took months for her to pay. Last time she still hasn't from what I hear. Teenager working gets taken by a pediatrician. Shameful.
Lost blood results with no response,who does that? Dr. Hudson is WONDERFUL, her staff is seriously lacking and attempts to try and convince you they'll make it right but never does. Love this doctor, but hate the office.
Dr. Hudson is the best. She really cares about her patients. The wait is sometimes long, but it's all worth it. She is very thorough with all her patients.
