Doctor Hudson is amazing with my kids. And so is the receptionist Angela, whenever I need a refill on my children’s medication they get that taken care of when they can, I respect that they have a bunch of other patients that need stuff also. These reviews do not make sense to me, I’ve had the best time with these two amazing ladies.
I think Dr, Hudson is a great doctor very thorough and understanding. Her appointments take about 2 hours each time. Now her receptionist is the problem! She never answers her phone, she will give you a number to text and then try and charge you a copay for text. She tried to do blood work on me but couldn’t. Last time I went there was an orange sticker on the door. Blood on the bathroom floor. I was billed for something they didn’t do. Dr. Hudson is an excellent physician who truly cares about her patients and takes the time to address their needs. However, the front desk operations are a huuuge issue. You’re going to experience extremely long wait times, sometimes lasting several hours. All because the girl running the front desk appears poorly trained and frequently fails to relay important information to Dr. Hudson. This office is an absolute disaster. The wait staff here might be the most incompetent and unprofessional group I’ve ever encountered in a medical setting. Expect to waste two hours or more every single visit because no one seems capable of doing their job. They are rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. I'm quite sure she's a good caring doctor or she wouldn't be one. Just don't do work for her, or her office manager. I know a kid she had do work for her multiple times. First time took months for her to pay. Last time she still hasn't from what I hear. Teenager working gets taken by a pediatrician. Shameful.
