Was dreading having to have another biopsy of my thyroid, but Dr. Valerie Butler immediately explained the whole process, offered additional numbing medication and explained the laboratory analysis process. The procedure was uncomfortable, but that is expected, but it was much quicker and less painful than previous biopsies. I love my Endocrinologists at this office and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
Dr Butler is fantastic. She really takes the time to listen to and understand your needs. She is personable and offers good achievable goals for me. Its good to have a doctor that helps fix the issues as opposed to treating the symptoms.

She always spends enough time to go through all lab work, details of the summary of the record of glucose readings from my Libre glucose monitor, and asks questions about my diet and activities. Absolutely totally uncomfortable seeing Dr. Butler. I told her I was here for a medication refill since I have not been on my medication in about 4-5 months. I was told on the phone prior to making an appointment that she would be able to help me. I had not been on it due to a change of primary insurance and therefore I had to find a new endo and get a new prior authorization.
