Wildly unprofessional. I’ve never seen an adult medical professional throw a temper tantrum before. When prompted to explain why she chose a medication for me and her response was “that’s the only option” with no scientific explanation. She slapped a paper in front of me and refused to finish the appointment. Incredibly childish. Front end staff is wonderful and a joy to speak to. Wish you gals the best.
Dr. Valerie and her staff are extremely professional and kind to their patients. Years ago, I worked at a prestigious hospital where maintaining the highest standards was my responsibility, so I truly recognize excellence when I see it. I sincerely appreciate the consideration, respect, and outstanding care I received. Thank you so much
I've been coming here for years, & sadly I leave feeling worse than when I came in. I had a hospital stay and was instructed to see my PCP for matinence while awaiting a psych appointment 2 months away. I am suffering. Instead of offering compassion or advice she says she can't help me. No recomedations on anything else I can do. No names of other doctors, OTC medication, sleep study, referance to a neurologis, anything that may possibly help.. She overlooked my Abnormal Labs paperwork. Doesn't listen to her patients, rushes appointment, is quite rude. She judges her patients and just doesn't care and who wants a doctor that doesn't care about their patients!
Worst doctor ever... I'm diabetic and was overweight and she prescribed me a gpl1. Once I dropped down to 155 lb she told me she doesn't believe in maintenance doses and canceled my prescriptions at the pharmacy and left me with no diabetes medicine. What kind of doctor does that.. I have a history of diabetes and heart disease in my family why would she even want to take me off of a medication that's beneficial for all those things. What a quack
