I have been going to Dr. Elener since a friend recommended me to her when we moved to the area over 17 years ago. I am a chatty person by nature, and that is not her nature, but I love how patient and honest she is with me during my appointments. I have been a patient of Dr Eleners for some time. I absolutely love her staff as they are the friendliest most cheerful bunch. Until today my experience with Dr Elener has been ok. Today was the single most horrible healthcare experience I’ve ever had. I went in and asked to try Mounjaro as Ozempic caused significant negative side effects. She walked into to office and said, “You gained x amount of pounds.” No hello, no good to see you. That was off putting, like I didn’t see the scale before my appt? Very little help or support from the doctor. Staff is great though.
I have been a patient of Dr. Elenor's for a long time now and I am very surprised by some reviews here. That has never been my experience at all! I love Dr. Elenor. She really listens to any concerns and makes wonderful recommendations. I have found it very easy to get appointments for my annual check ups, and even the couple of occasions where I required an urgent visit. Her office is clean and well lit. Her staff has always been very professional, courteous and friendly!
