Staff were pleasant and kind. Dr. Terentii was a true professional. Insightful, kind, and easy on the eyes. Great experience all together.
Don't believe the glowing reviews!!! Nobody picks up the phone, and the doctor is never there. The voice box is full as well, and they don't call back. I gave them 2 chances because the location was convenient, but had to cancel 2 times. The first time, the doctor wasn't there for some weird reason, and they told me to cancel. Btw, the receptionists barely speak any English. Dealing with them will be quite a pain if you don't speak fluent Spanish and can communicate with them in their native language. I called to make an appointment for a new eyeglass prescription as my glasses need to be updated . The lady who answered the phone didn't even listen as I asked about an appointment and just said "Hold On" ,so I did. As you can see the screenshot of how long I've been on hold ,I gave up after 29 minutes and 30 seconds . Horrendous customer service ,no acknowledgment while I was on hold at all .
