I have been using this location for over 3 years now but had the worst experience this morning. I had a routine dental cleaning appointment scheduled 3 weeks in advance for 8:20 am. I forgot what time it was exactly in the morning and did not receive a reminder text nor a call. I wokr up early and called around 8 a day was told it was at 820 am. I drove 13 mile to the location. My whole experience was wonderful. Dr. Lackey was great. The dental hygienist who cleaned my teeth was great.
