Doctor Baskaran rushes and is only worried about being paid. VERY inflexible with appointments. Office staff is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional.
She is wonderful. I’ve had so many psychiatrists that have not cared about me and my health, and have actually been cruel. Dr. Hedden is a great doctor! She takes the time to listen to you and recommends medications but takes your opinions into consideration. When I mentioned I had had trouble with a medication she immediately was comforting me, saying we would be extremely careful not to use medication in that class that I’d react to. She has really helped my mental health greatly.
Dr Liu has little regard for her patients' well being and it is concerning to me. I have been seeing Dr Liu for anxiety, and she shows no urgency in treating me, and only prescribes obscure mood stabilizers that did nothing to mitigate my anxiety. After communicating this to her, she was very condescending to me, telling me, "everyone deals with stress, yours is no different." In all, I felt very mistreated and hurt by her treatment. Please do NOT visit her practice.
BEWARE and be very, very careful if you are a patient of Dr. Iyer. During my treatment, he only accepted "better or worse" answers, was not open for discussion about my medication doses, and told me he did not like patients like me because I was difficult to treat. It seemed as though he seriously disliked any personal input from me! I found another Dr. and have been doing very well since I got away from Dr. Iyer. BEWARE.
Dr is rude and does not listen. Her office manager is extremely rude and should be fired.
Dr. Liu really took the time with my wife and I to really understand my problem. Thanks to her guidance and treatment I am feeling like my old self again.
Dr. Liu has been our psychiatrist for over 3 years. She treats my grown daughter who is on the autistic spectrum for severe Anxiety/Depression and my grown son who has Mood Disorder NOS. She treats me for anxiety and my husband also. She is far and above any other psychiatrist we have ever had because she also has a doctorate in psychopharmacology. So she is excellent in prescribing medication and knowing the drug interactions. I highly recommend her. I don't know what we would do without her.
I have been seeing Dr Bhaskarn since 2013. I have found her to be professional, understanding and kind. I was in the worst place in my life at that time as my mother, sister and best childhood friend had passed away within a 6 month period. I as also estranged from my only daughter. The doctor has helped me work through all of this and understand that I do have options and I am in a much better place now. I highly recommend her.
