A follow up to my previous 5-star review. I am still very happy with Dr. B. and her practice. I appreciate her honesty and bedside manner. She has helped me so much through the years. I'm sad to see the low reviews on this website, that is unfortunate. Please don't that dissuade you from visiting.
I have been seeing Dr B for many years and have had no problems with her. I can tell her what is going on and we work together to adjust my meds. Don’t want to go anywhere else.
I started seeing Dr. Liu right at a time when I was suicidal. Dr. Liu wasn't the only person who pulled me out of that, but she was there with helpful treatment and caring ears. I usually don't do well with speaking to people, but she is empathetic and cares.
Have been seeing Dr Bhaskaran since 1992 and she basically saved my life and my family! She’s the best in her profession!
If I could give a negative -5 I would. One of the worst doctors I have ever seen in my entire life. Among many things she said and did, the one that blew me away to my core was when she told me that if I really cared and loved my daughter like I said I did, I would quote "Get over this." Meaning depression. I should have filed an official complaint. That would be the same as telling a mother stricken with Cancer that if she cared and loved her children she would "get over it" and not die from Cancer.
Also was screaming the entire time of our so called session. Did not let me get 1 word in or explain, then just told me to 'find a new doctor, best of luck, bye '
Dr Baskaran is unprofessional and is not interested in getting to know her patients. Her lack of care plus her rigidity does not make her fit to care for anyone as she allows her biases to control her. I have to give her a star for posting. Please find someone else.
Horrible doctor. She basically let me go in the middle of treatment and said I complained too much that maybe she's not the one to help me. Cancelled my next appointment and dropped me.
Dr. Hedden has been my psychiatrist for the last four years. She is a genius. I strongly disagree with the negative reviews on here. She is assertive and direct, which many people find "rude" and unprofessional in today's culture. Also, I don't understand why people see someone if they think they already have the answers.
