Not at all impressed with the arrogant bedside or the odd billing practices of this doctor. Was made to feel absolutely insane. Seeking a new Doctor all over again. He literally asked his staff who I was while outside the door to the exam room. Then had the audacity to schedule a follow up phone call for results that lasted exactly 59 seconds and then proceeded to charge my insurance company for a 10-20 minute phone call and copay. I wanted to say what a great experience I had on Tuesday, March 10 when I had my colonoscopy at 2066 Richmond Avenue. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. I especially wanted to single out Care Coordinator Cynthia Labrocco, RN. She was so pleasant and thorough during the pre-procedure check and after care. She made sure everything was correct and very attentive during my recovery. I can see first-hand why the office has such high ratings with people like Cynthia there to take care of people. The best doctor in the world.excellent bed side manners.he did 2 procedures on me.the process was excellent.
Very nice Dr. and made me feel real comfortable. He explained everything in detail. Even made some small talk. Already recommended him to a handful of people!
He seems like a very good doctor. I liked him very much. Good bedside manner and easy to talk to. Very satisfied with him. My test went very smoothly. I was happy to see him.
