Rang today 5/9/18 at 3.45pm to register as a new patient. I was told by a surly receptionist I couldn’t have an appointment to register. I asked for ideas on when one might become available. I’m a fit healthy employed person so registering is hopefully a precaution and I was not in any hurry. Pha I was told and I quote it’s up to the management and they are a law unto themselves your guess is as good as mine keep ringing and they may or may not release appointment. Trying to get appointments is terrible ,and ringing up at 7 am to get one is a no no, Some of the receptionists have attitudes,the way they speak to you,trying to get prescriptions done needs to be looked at. The surgery needs to pull there finger out and try and help more.aknow it's not the docs fault,but things need to change.
