This office is not interested in treating patients. I made an appointment with him because he was assigned as my PCP (primary care physician) via my insurance provider. The manager called me back and asked if I was offering PPP loans (obviously I am not), then asked me "wait so what is a PCP just so I know"...Then cancelled my appointment 3 days later. A doctor's office that doesn't know what a PCP is? Very suspicious. Not sure what they do here, but they are interested in taking out PPP loans in 2024.
By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went for a free consultation late last year and it took an hour for the doctor to see me. That should have told me how my experience was going to be. This year I finally decided to do my procedure and was rescheduled 3 times. I own my own private business every time I make an appointment I put time aside, which means I am losing money everytime.
