Does not answer the phones, extremely incompetent staff - have given me bad information multiple times over the 4 years I’ve been seeing her. She almost let me die with a collapsed lung. Today I got tested for coronavirus, after I called her at the VA (where she works), and was told to drive 3 hours out of my way to a place that doesn’t even do walk in appointments or any I person for coronavirus.
