Dr. Patel is a wonderful doctor. He takes his time during the appts and to answer all my questions. He is very knowledgeable and truly cares about the wellbeing of our children. He offers express visits for quick strep/flu/covid test and telemed visit when he is booked. In my experience, the office staff is very kind and works quickly to follow up on referrals or answer any questions. Parking is limited but we have learned to work around it because Dr. Patel is truly a wonderful doctor!
This place is in really bad condition. There's a cockroach infestation and the doctors don't seem to care about the patients, just the money. Este lugar está en muy malas condiciones. Hay una plaga de cucarachas y a los médicos no parece importarles los pacientes, solo el dinero.
Dr. Patel, Brian (PA), Savanna and nurses are all nice and kind. Savanna helped me to clarify the billing issue, very quick and responsive! They are all patient to my kid. I really appreciate it!
