Extremely unprofessional and rude and they care nothing if children's health. I literally need recommendations for another pediatrician I will not be bringing my kids back here. And definitely do not recommend these rude non caring people to anyone else. It's all of the staff except for the doctor. It's sad they really need some home training on how to be respectful and helpful instead of rude and also laughing when ur extremely upset because how sick your child is.
Absolutely love Dr. Patel & his staff! So thankful for a Dr. that supports what’s important to his patients & who listens!!!! We will never go anywhere else.
Talk about unprofessional….i had nothing but bad encounters the entire time we tried to use there office. I told them before I even left the building that the pharmacy was trying to get in touch with them about my sons prescription and I was told by the front desk lady that wasn’t her job and she would try and let the girls in the back know well come that night when I go to get the prescription the pharmacist tells me he had to send the prescription back be the Dr office would NOT respond so I got super upset and called and ... read more
UPDATE: I guess speaking the Word of God is verbal abuse. These people have a nerve to justify their evil actions by leaving an evil reply to my review. Accusing people falsely so you can look good is NOT of God, as it is breaking the 9th Commandment. And He alone is our Judge!! Do not come here.
